Job Title: Senior Events Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Events Marketing Executive to join our team at Multiple Brands. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving volume and revenue growth across a range of events, including sponsorship-driven initiatives and lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing communication programs to increase event delegate numbers and revenues.
  • Plan and execute targeted multi-media campaigns to generate awareness, interest, and action in chosen segments.
  • Track and measure marketing activity and results to inform dynamic investment decisions.
  • Proactively develop the database to support marketing strategies and long-term audience development.
  • Create compelling campaigns that articulate the value of our brands and brand propositions.
  • Work within agreed customer metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent campaign messaging.
  • Develop customer data builds, usage, and analytics to increase effective targeting and response rates.
  • Measure and review performance within key ROI and KPI criteria to increase lead generation, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Use market intelligence and customer insight to increase understanding of our audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in events marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • Hold a degree or equivalent marketing diploma.
  • Good understanding of online audiences' behaviors, needs, and changing trends.
  • Proven experience of developing and managing strategic plans and budgets.
  • Experience updating websites and SEO.
