This position may be well-suited for you if you have experience in Agile delivery management or as a Scrum Master and enjoy cultivating positive relationships with stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to help shape future Agile practices within Data & Analytics and integrate them into the Aviva Agile community.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Agile Delivery Specialist, you will guide the team in embracing and adhering to Agile values, principles, and frameworks; ensuring the team remains productive by removing obstacles, organizing the backlog, and planning sprints. You will support the team and Product Owners throughout the IT change lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation in production, while fostering a culture of efficiency through continuous improvement, automation, learning, and transparency.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Foster a positive team culture, manage team dynamics, and encourage a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven experience in delivering IT change rapidly within an Agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, honestly, and engagingly with Product Owners, stakeholders, and the delivery team to facilitate relationships and clarify technical challenges
  • Self-driven with a willingness to learn and explore innovative solutions
  • Understanding of various delivery methodologies and the software development lifecycle
