About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and implement robust tests for our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Lead a small team of 3 to carry out all test-related activities, setting an example with your expertise and leadership skills.
  • Ensure the reliability, quality, and compliance of our products, adhering to industry standards such as ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement tests for our products.
  • Lead a team of test engineers to ensure the reliability, quality, and compliance of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Rich test development experience, incorporating a mix of optics, electronics, software, firmware, laser systems, and mechanical elements.
  • Strong background in developing software automation tests on Windows and Linux, with expertise in Python.
  • Experience in delivering software for medical devices, with practical experience in Power Shell, C#, C++, and.NET.
  • Experience in defining and completing integration of electronic, optical, and mechanical systems, as well as test experience and automation of test processes.
