Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of experience as an administrator within a financial advisory setting, with a solid understanding of various financial products

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office
  • Knowledge of the Transact and abrdn Wrap platforms (beneficial but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute actions agreed upon with clients, including:
  • Reassessing investment portfolios
  • Overseeing cash positions
  • Facilitating contributions, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring the successful completion of tasks across multiple clients and confirming completion to clients
  • Update the firm's client relationship management software to reflect changes
  • Send Letters of Authority to providers, follow up on required information, and compile it for analysis
  • Manage client, adviser, and provider communications via phone, email, and letter in a timely manner
  • Perform general administrative duties as part of the team
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and test new technological solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery

Working Hours:

  • Core hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Flexible working hours can be considered
  • Attendance at monthly team meetings and induction training, which will last at least 3 months, is required
