Exciting Opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Manager at our Newnham-on-Severn branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services, managing a team of technicians, dispensers, and counter assistants, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy
  • Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level
  • Maintain and improve people's health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
  • Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary, based on experience and location, including bonuses for services completed
  • Good holiday package - 5.8 weeks a year (inclusive of all bank holidays), increasing with service
  • Bonuses paid for all additional services completed such as Pharmacy First, hypertension, NMS

Requirements:
  • Qualified Pharmacist, registered with the GPhC upon start date
