  • Demonstrated experience with HyperMill CAD/CAM software.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
  • Capable of working with operators to set up and validate initial production parts.
  • Flexibility to meet agreed lead times.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of work.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in programming 5-axis components and posting to CNC machines.
  • Background in regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical.
  • Familiarity with a variety of materials including brass, aluminum, stainless steel, and nylon.
