About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Accountant to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing a team of Client Accountants, Assistant Client Accountants, and Accounts Administrators. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client accounting services, ensuring timely and accurate financial records, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Client Accounting team to achieve high-quality results and meet client KPIs.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborating with the Property Management team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.
  • Reviewing and preparing monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT and IPD reporting.
  • Ensuring all client KPIs are met and client/company procedures are followed.

We are looking for a proactive, practical, and positive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. AAT or ACCA qualification is preferred, but not essential. If you have a passion for accounting and a desire to work in a dynamic and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
