About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions at systems level and taking on detailed electronic design work with a creative outlook to realise concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic systems and products, including analogue and digital circuit design and embedded systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs into service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement design solutions, leveraging expertise in FPGA, high-end CPUs, and SoCs.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's product lifecycle, from concept generation to product release.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electronics design, with a strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design and embedded systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of key embedded technologies, including FPGA, high-end CPUs, and SoCs.
  • Experience working with regulatory requirements, including compliance with UK, EU, and US standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary in the range of £60,000 - £85,000, dependent on experience.
