Universal Facades is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth procurement of building materials and managing the project's budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure building materials and bracketry from schedules and drawings, including tendering, quote analysis, and supplier negotiation.
  • Update procurement schedules and track materials from order to delivery, ensuring timely arrival on site.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain lead times and resolve reactive procurement issues.
  • Assist the QS with pricing variations, monthly applications, and vesting processes.
  • Monitor budgets and forecast costs to ensure project efficiency.
