Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the overall performance of the Transport function.
  • Manage the development and training of team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Make informed decisions that balance customer service, delivery schedules, and commercial objectives.
  • Effectively manage on-site resources, including colleagues, vehicles, and equipment, to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Working Arrangements:

  • Rotating AM and PM shifts, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
