Job Summary:

Navartis is seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects across multiple clients in the multi-utility industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Mentor and develop operational staff to improve their performance and outputs
  • Support the development of tenders and proposals for 3rd party work
  • Collaborate with operational management to plan and execute reinstatement works
  • Oversee the delivery of grab and reinstatement services to meet programme and quality requirements
  • Attend weekly meetings with operational managers and directors to discuss project progress and share best practices
  • Support with periodic stand downs and training sessions for operational staff

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in multi-utilities
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of cable laying and electrical networks
  • Ability to challenge and praise workforce effectively
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of working to NRSWA standards and relevant certifications
  • High attention to detail
