About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and caring Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Grandir UK. As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
- Supervise and support children at all times
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and attractive environment
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of qualified practitioners
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Ensure practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues
- Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude at all times
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions
