Senior Site Agent Job Description

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team in the Southeastern Region, covering Kent and East Sussex. As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Agent in the timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Advise the engineering team on technical challenges and solutions
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements
  • Train and mentor junior members of the engineering team
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Manage RFI's and Technical Queries
