Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax advisory services to client portfolios, including corporate and personal tax computations.
- Manage the production of tax computations and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, control, allocate, and review work carried out by team members to ensure high-quality results.
- Respond to tax queries from clients, partners, and directors in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise between partners, the tax department, and accounts/audit department to ensure seamless communication.
- Carry out tax consultancy work to provide expert advice to clients.
- Correspond with clients and external agencies to ensure effective communication.
- Staff management, development, and mentoring to ensure the growth and development of team members.
- Qualifications: ATT, ACA, ACCA, CTA qualification, or significant experience in corporate or personal tax compliance and/or advisory.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an accountancy practice environment.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
