About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our team at Michael Page Legal. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice on SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, and other complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal expertise on SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, and general legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key SaaS agreements, including master service agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and government framework agreements.
  • Advise stakeholders on legal issues concerning SaaS products, security, intellectual property, and contract interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal challenges throughout the SaaS lifecycle.
  • Support litigation matters as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of in-house experience, focusing on complex software licensing and SaaS agreements.
  • Proficiency in negotiating data processing agreements.
  • Understanding of public procurement law and government framework contracts.
