  • Waste Management: Handling refuse, recycling, and commercial waste efficiently.
  • Environmental Services: Engaging in horticulture, conservation, and park maintenance.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the technical compliance of Electrical and Gas services within the residential services division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the Principal Duty Holder for electrical registrations.
  • Managing registrations, inspections, audits, and related duties.
  • Ensuring all technical operatives possess the required qualifications and training.
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaboration is essential; you will liaise with various stakeholders, including client representatives, suppliers, contractors, colleagues, and residents.

Health and Safety Management

Key qualifications include:

  • City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 and 2, or NVQ Level 3 including AM2, or equivalent.
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent (testing and inspection).
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Experience in Risk Assessments / Method Statements.
  • Knowledge of Asbestos policies and procedures.
  • IOSH Managing Safety or SMSTS certification.
  • Project management and delivery experience.
Reporting and Leadership

The role requires the ability to:

  • Prepare and present operational and commercial reports to various audiences.
  • Interpret risk assessments and method statements effectively.
  • Meet established deadlines and performance targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
