Position Overview

mpro5 is seeking a talented Lead Mobile Application Engineer to become a vital part of our innovative team. This role offers a full-time, permanent opportunity with a competitive remuneration package.

Work Arrangement: This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days of in-office collaboration each week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality work within assigned Sprints
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members as needed
  • Taking a leading role in the development of mobile applications and customer-facing web interfaces
  • Contributing to the creation of technical documentation
  • Driving improvements in work standards and documentation practices
  • Managing personal tasks effectively within the Sprint framework and communicating any obstacles
  • Adhering to version control protocols and best practices
  • Communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to team leadership
  • Collaborating with the Scrum team to align on priorities and objectives
  • Participating actively in all Scrum ceremonies

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Experience in developing mobile and front-end web applications
  • Strong knowledge of Ionic/Angular frameworks
  • Expertise in CSS and CSS preprocessors
  • Familiarity with web standards and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using Git for version control
  • Experience with Pull Requests for managing code changes
