**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to join our team at EOS IT Solutions, a global organization focused on delivering innovative Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications that meet the needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our Salesforce Architect to plan and execute sprints.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop user stories and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist with the Salesforce Helpdesk in Jira, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
  • Take ownership of critical system components, becoming a subject matter expert in Salesforce.
  • Design and develop clean and elegant solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead and participate in calls with our internal Salesforce team and key business contacts.
  • Manage deployments of new functionality, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Review Salesforce release documentation and assess its impact on our clients' businesses.
  • Monitor data quality in Salesforce and suggest resolution processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed, ensuring our clients are empowered to get the most out of Salesforce.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components and applications in a variety of settings, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development.
  • Utilize your skills in Custom Objects, Junction Objects, Roll-up Summary, and Formula Fields to build robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Build Flows, including Record Triggered and Screen Flows, to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Apply your strong data analysis skills, including working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel, to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Experience Cloud features and best practices, leveraging your knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.

**Desired Certifications:**

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1.
