Job Title: Sprayer

We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team at Princess Yachts in Plymouth. As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying various base coats and finishes to GRP items, mixing and measuring paint, and performing prep work, including oven baking and repairing GRP components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply base coats and finishes to GRP items
  • Mix and measure paint
  • Perform prep work, including oven baking and repairing GRP components
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and adhere to quality control standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in car body spraying, marine spraying, or a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
