Corporate Banking Solicitor Opportunity

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Banking solicitor to join their Leeds office. This role will involve working closely with a senior partner and head of department, acting for a diverse range of clients in the financial sector.


The successful candidate will be part of a national team with branches in major UK cities and globally. The firm requires a solicitor with 2PQE+ experience, as the role demands a high level of expertise and ability to hit the ground running.


My client is a prominent player in the financial world, with a strong presence on various panels. The role will involve working on large UK and international transactions, requiring experience in finance, real estate finance, acquisition/leverage finance, or asset-based lending.
