Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant. As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen supervisor in all areas of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and portion control
  • Ensure allergen compliance and prepare the dining area for service
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Support the kitchen supervisor in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the NVQ food hygiene certificate
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
