Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to take on a pivotal role within our commercial team. This position is ideal for those with a solid background in the construction sector, particularly in carpentry and joinery projects.

Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs effectively.
- Engage in both pre and post-contract activities, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Work on a variety of projects with values ranging from £3 million to £10 million, focusing on carpentry and joinery.

Company Overview:
Fawkes & Reece South is a reputable building firm specializing in comprehensive design and build solutions, as well as interior fit-out services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results across residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor or fit-out contractor.
- Strong understanding of commercial and construction contracts, along with contractual arrangements.
- Proven experience in managing both pre and post-contract phases.
