Job Summary:

A leading asset management company is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely settlement of supplier and purchase invoices, obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals, and managing the accounts payable workflow within the company's finance system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
  • Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals for disbursements
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Manage the accounts payable workflow within the company's finance system

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in an accounts payable role
  • Working knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Workday
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
