Strategic Equity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Equity Manager to join our team at The Children's Investment Fund Foundation. As a key member of our Equity, Gender, and Youth team, you will play a critical role in driving our global gender advocacy, fundraising, and partnerships portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the Global Director, Equity, Gender & Youth to refine and implement CIFF's Equity, Gender & Youth strategy, focusing on advancing global gender advocacy, fundraising, and partnerships.
- Co-funding & Fundraising: Guide and support teams to develop strategic partnerships to assist the adoption, replication, co-funding, or scaling-up of CIFF programs for gender and SRHR.
- Programme Development, Delivery & Performance: Programme-manage a portfolio of live investments and an active pipeline of potential investments in accordance with EGY's overarching strategy.
- Skills & Experience: Self-starter and self-disciplined, driven by CIFF's mission and a demonstrated passion for breaking new ground in the fight against gender inequity.
- Knowledge & Commitment: Understanding of relevant programming in CIFF's priority impact areas, knowledge of, and commitment to DEI and MAYE approaches.
- Partnership Development & Fundraising: Previous analysis/research work experience in the private sector, public sector, or an international development context, partnership development and fundraising experience in the philanthropic and/or NGO sector.
- Competitive Salary: The starting salary for this role is GBP 63,790 per annum.
