About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Ramboll. As a key member of our UK Healthcare Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the sustainability and NZC aspects of healthcare projects, ensuring that our clients receive expert advice and guidance.
  2. Raise the profile and reputation of the UK Healthcare Team, showcasing our expertise and capabilities to clients and stakeholders.
  3. Undertake and oversee sustainability concepts and design philosophies, driving innovation and excellence in our projects.
  4. Inspire and enthuse the engineers and technicians on your projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  5. Liaise with clients and collaborators, representing Ramboll at project meetings and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
  6. Support key accounts and develop new clients, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  7. Support UK Healthcare team sector business development strategies, contributing to the development of our business and growth plans.
  8. Produce high-quality fee proposals, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and comprehensive information.
  9. Implement best practice procedures to enhance and maintain delivery of sustainable, zero-carbon, innovative, and quality advisory and design services.
  10. Manage your own projects and act as sustainability project manager, allocating resources and coordinating tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sustainability consultant who can bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. You will have a strong background in sustainable design, including building physics and environmental assessment, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

You will be a strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in plain language, verbally and in writing. You will also be able to motivate and inspire confidence both internally and externally across geographical borders.
