About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Hampshire County Council. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining a strong customer service culture within our Business Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 10-15 business support administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality administrative services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing and developing large administrative functions, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Flexible approach to changing demands and priorities, with a willingness to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and other IT systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
