About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a large-scale industrial project in Tunbridge Wells. This project features a substantial groundworks package with 500,000 Sqft of industrial space.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and project efficiency.
  • Monitor progress against the project programme, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on site activities, progress, and challenges.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects.
  • CSCS card, 1st Aid, and SMSTS certification.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of steel frame structures and groundworks.
