Cleaning Operative

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team in Plymouth. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Emptying waste bins and transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as well as cleaning carpets and other surfaces.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and other surfaces.
- Replenishing consumable items, such as soap and toilet paper.
- Cleaning toilets, sinks, and other bathroom facilities.
- Undertaking wall washing and window cleaning as part of our periodic cleaning maintenance programmes.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to work from home or remotely. In this role, you will be required to work from Plymouth, 5 hours per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am to 11:30am.
