Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of Commercial Cleaners, attending different sites with the team to ensure commercial cleaning standards are met. This will involve working with various cleaning equipment, chemicals, and PPE, with all necessary training and equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all areas of the kitchens/equipment are cleaned effectively to required standards.
- Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements.
- Report any problems or non-conformances to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Wear protective clothing where necessary.
- Respond courteously to customer and management requests.
- Manage and control the use of cleaning chemicals, protective clothing, and hygiene consumables, ensuring stocks are maintained at all times.
- Undertake any other duties requested by the management team.
- Experience of commercial kitchen cleaning and/or kitchen extract cleaning.
- Flexible working times - 5 days out of 7, available to work afternoons, evenings, and nights.
- Prepared to travel and stay away for short periods.
- Full clean UK/EU driving licence.
- Emergency First Aid at Work training.
- Experience of ductwork project works.
- TR19 training.
- IPAF and/or PASMA qualification.
