As a Claims Service Advocate, you will play a crucial role in supporting Claims Advocates across various classes, including Financial Lines, Cyber, PI, and D&O. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality claims services to clients and markets, ensuring that Key Client Outcomes are delivered to agreed service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Claims Advocates in delivering exceptional claims services to clients and markets.
  • Collaborate with the claims operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ECF/CLASS/London market claims systems and processes.
  • Conduct coverage reviews, wording evaluations, and assess RFPs to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in claims, preferably in Financial Lines, Cyber, PI, or D&O classes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-evolving, regulated environment.
  • Focused on customer service and client relationships.
