We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team at CRP Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and driving a culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement HSE Strategies: Create and execute short- and long-term plans to meet site-based requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and business objectives.
- Lead HSE Projects: Support and coach the operational team to deliver HSE-related projects, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of service levels.
- Develop and Maintain HSE Procedures: Create, implement, and maintain HSE procedures and systems, including training programs, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct Audits and Reviews: Implement a program of audits and reviews to ensure approach and achievement of service levels that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Investigate Incidents: Ensure all accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformities are correctly reported and investigated in accordance with company procedure.
- Communicate HSE Vision and Values: Promote our HSE vision and values to internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable experience in a high-risk manufacturing environment.
- Qualified to NEBOSH General Cert.
- Understanding of ISO Standards with auditing experience.
- Experience of delivering in-house training programs in a number of areas.
- Experience of working across a multi-site organization.
- A capable communicator able to deliver your message across all levels effectively, achieving buy-in.
- Excellent communications and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and confident with good presenting skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Full Driving Licence.
