Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across a commercial property portfolio within the M25 region. You will be responsible for ensuring all air conditioning systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites.
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning units, including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and F-Gas regulations.
- Provide excellent service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
- F-Gas certification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
