About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager and operations team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the hospitality and property sectors.
  • Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Create bespoke quotations and collaborate with the design team to ensure each proposal aligns with customer requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the National Sales Manager to develop business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales or customer-focused role, ideally within a small business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for building rapport.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, alongside a solid grasp of CRM systems.
