We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the food operation, ensuring consistency, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant, and profitable department.
  • Participate in food ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Manage and develop team members for progression within the kitchen hierarchy, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Implement and inspire the team with current food trends and cooking techniques, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise.
  • Train kitchen, F&B, and sales teams on current products and their delivery, ensuring seamless service.
  • Follow company standards and deliver a high degree of success, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a strong background in kitchen management.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
  • Ability to maintain processes for efficient working, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • NVQ Level 3 in professional cookery or equivalent, with intermediate food hygiene certification.
