Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Inspector to join our team at Verify, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reworking parts through riveting and recording rework activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rework of parts (riveting) to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Recording of rework activity to maintain accurate records.
- Interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, and digital product definition to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrating knowledge of geometric, dimensioning, and tolerance to ensure accurate measurements.
- Demonstrating evidence of product-specific knowledge and experience in aerospace.
- Demonstrating more than 2 years of experience in the last 5 years and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate knowledge of rework processes, including performing rework on parts (riveting), and recording what rework has taken place.
- Interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, digital product definition interpretation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of geometric, dimensioning and tolerance.
- Demonstrate evidence of product specific knowledge.
- Demonstrate evidence of more than 2-years in the last 5-years of aerospace experience and poses experience of working within an engineering environment for a minimum of 3 years.
