• Handle a range of insurance claims to ensure efficient and excellent service.
• Assess claims to a high standard, identifying risks and trends to inform business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries in a professional manner.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Claims Team Lead to propose innovative ideas and improve processes.

• Proven experience in the insurance or financial sector, with a strong understanding of policy wordings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Impeccable organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedicated work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Competitive salary range: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum.
