Project Manager

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the large format department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling project tasks at all levels of the business, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and the Head of Large Format.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage large format printing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Quote Management: Write up quotes on our client's Management Information System, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to prepare purchase orders for outwork orders, arranging deliveries and collections using our despatch diary.
- Site Visits: Occasionally attend site externally to assist with surveys at the start of a project and meet installation crews to provide guidance on sign location.
- Account Management: Work directly on a large account, responsible for critical aspects of this account that will utilize your previous experience.
- Project Tracking: Utilize Trello boards and set structures to track projects and their stages.
- Diary Management: Manage the installation crews' diary on a weekly basis.
- Communication: Work well under pressure, controlling multiple project functions simultaneously, and communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel, with previous experience working with a management information system.
Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience in the printing industry, with a sound knowledge of running and managing print projects and understanding the multiple layers involved in completing projects.
