Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Room Leader at Sunbeams nursery. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the nursery curriculum and provide a stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Lead planning and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Support the development of good practice in special needs and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with the Childcare and Education team to continuously improve the quality of care and education.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children, adhering to Safeguarding Procedures.
- Meet the nutritional needs of children and comply with Food Safety Regulations.
- Comply with relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and company policies and procedures.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience working with children and families.
- Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding and a detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements.
