Maintenance Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy plant equipment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve maintenance issues
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship in a relevant field
  • Experience in a heavy plant environment (desirable)
  • Strong mechanical bias with a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding (desirable)
