About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers and Senior Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable clients in our Domiciliary/Supported Living services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Experience working with elderly or learning disability clients (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude towards vulnerable people
- Full driving license
