The Role

Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on the UK financial services market, using online resources and contacting target companies to gather information.
  • Collating research and accurately entering data onto our database.
  • Mapping companies and individuals to provide our clients with up-to-date competitive data.
  • Ongoing monitoring and updating of our database and CRM systems.
  • Regular review of industry news for relevant information and data.
  • Managing timescales and working to deadlines.
  • You will also be expected to contribute to ad hoc assignments, as part of our dynamic and collaborative team.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Motivated and organised, with a strong work ethic.
  • Confident in liaising with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Diligent and able to quickly understand our team's ethos and contribute to our success.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Desirable:

  • Experience in recruitment, administration, or research.
  • Background in the financial services industry.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn a generous monthly bonus based on your performance. This role is suitable for either a full-time or part-time applicant, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
