IT Support Apprentice Job Description

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an IT Support Apprentice. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems.
  • Offer accurate information on IT products and services.
  • Support disaster recovery solutions.
  • Monitor remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain and review system documentation in the ticketing system.
Training and Support:

You will receive full training and support from your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.

Benefits:
  • £13,312 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Team building days out.
  • Pension with employer contributions.
  • On-site free parking.
Eligibility Criteria:

You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
