Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the payment cycle, ensuring seamless processing and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support the finance team in creating budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to enhance financial procedures, ensuring best practices and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and numerical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using Sage or similar accounting software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
