About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team at Crimson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technical and infrastructure projects, as well as managing system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver technical and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project initiation documents, status reports, and change control notes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT team members, third-party suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, contract, and manage third-party vendors to deliver necessary solutions.
  • Manage project plans and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, processes, and delivery plans for various programs of work.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is created for the IT Service team to fully support the solution after project completion.
Requirements
  • Strong technical project management experience, with a proven track record in managing business change projects within a professional services environment.
  • Experience managing infrastructure programs of work, with a focus on technical project management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
