Food & Beverage Assistant – Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Food & Beverage Assistant at the renowned Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre.

Role Overview

As a vital member of the F&B Management Team, the F&B Assistant will deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize and greet returning guests by name to foster a personal connection.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu offerings, including food and beverage pairings, to provide informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor in all interactions with guests.
  • Proactively promote menu items to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hotel setting, particularly within a 3 or 4-star establishment, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Micros or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
