We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Swan at Walton-on-Thames. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and supporting our chef team in delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, including equipment, floors, and storage areas
  • Manage grease traps and bins, and participate in yard cleaning and deep cleaning of equipment and catering areas
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in the development of new skills and training to progress your career
