Job Title: Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all logistical and supply chain activities, ensuring that our supply chain, logistics, and warehouse meet the highest standards and expectations of our stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage all supply chain and logistic service providers, ensuring they deliver according to agreed service levels.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the selection and performance of suppliers and vendors, including assistance during supply chain audits.
  • Warehouse Operations: Develop supply chain and warehouse systems to support an efficient and effective operation.
  • Logistics Planning: Implement and manage robust scheduling and planning tools to support increased collaborator companies and material movements.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the on-site inventory and maintain the inventory between the offsite warehouse facilities and the onsite manufacturing centre.
  • Compliance: Ensure the supply chain and inventory management areas operate to a high standard and comply with GMP and other regulatory standards.
  • Team Management: Manage the supply chain/inventory management team including recruitment, selection, motivation, training & development, appraisals and manage staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous management experience in a GMP biopharmaceutical warehouse/inventory management environment.
  • Skills: Experience in managing supply chain/logistic operations, operating multiple supply chain/logistic systems supporting a GMP warehouse / supply chain operation, and writing and reviewing GMP documents.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Degree qualification is desirable.
