We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores, focusing on the distribution and visibility of AG Barr core brands in Impulse outlets.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of AG Barr in the field, building relationships with retailers and driving sales growth through effective in-store execution and brand activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive distribution of AG Barr core brands in Impulse outlets
  • Maximize visibility of AG Barr brands through Point of Sale (POS) placement
  • Support the distribution of key energy and 500ml packs
  • Deliver sales KPIs, including market share growth and scorecard improvement
  • Build relationships with retailers and drive sales growth through effective in-store execution and brand activation

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Good standard of presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate internally using account performance data
