Business Development Manager - Motor Finance

Salary: £37.5k OTE £65k plus car and benefits

Covering: Hull/ York & Harrogate

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Motor Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and introducers within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue within your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the company, highlighting competitor activity and areas for improvement.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, embodying our brand values and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver training and support to clients as required, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the motor finance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
