The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our overnight accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, including daily cleaning, polishing, and bed making
  • Participate in monthly deep cleans and other special projects as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and customer service

Requirements

  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
